ND98BD-626 Cylindrical Lock, comes with Classroom Function and SFIC Prep, as well as a Satin Chrome finish. It also features a 180-Degree Lockdown and a standard 2 3/4 Backset, making it a Grade 1 security option. Additionally, this lock does not come with a core, providing flexibility for the user.

• Lever with key cylinder both sides; deadlatch
  
• In unlocked state latch is retracted by either lever
  
• Outside lever is made inoperative by rotating key in either lever 180 degrees counterclockwise and returning to start position; Vandlgard® allows outside lever to rotate freely when locked
  
• Unlock outside lever by rotating key 180 degrees clockwise in either lever and returning to start position
  
• Inside lever always free for immediate egress

ND Mechanical Overview

The Schlage ND is extremely versatile and is regularly used in healthcare, education, government, office, retail and other commercial applications. With 31 mechanical functions, the ND's range spans from the simple (non-locking passage) to complex (double-cylinder security) to specialized (school time-out lock). Because the ND uses an ANSI 161 door prep, commonly used across cylindrical locks, it is ideal for both new construction and retrofit applications.
