Terms of Service

Lead Times & Fabrication

Lead times are estimates and subject to change. To confirm availability, call 800-992-3667 or email Sales@qualitydoor.com.

  • Stock orders ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

  • Expedited orders (Next-Day, 2-Day, 3-Day) ship within 24–72 hours of receipt.

  • Delays beyond 48 hours will be communicated with available options.

  • Same-day shipping may be available for an additional charge.

Order Processing & Cancellations

Orders are processed within 24 hours.

  • Orders canceled before processing are fully refundable.

  • Orders canceled after processing incur a 20% fee.

  • Cancellations after 24 hours may incur a 25%–65% restocking fee and are subject to manufacturer policy.

Sourcing

Expedited or “Need It Faster” orders may be sourced from partner vendors and are non-returnable.

Returns

  • No returns on ligature hardware, mortise lock bodies, electrified parts, key blanks, strikes, handles, hinges, keypad locks, or any individual parts.

  • No returns on free-shipping orders, custom factory orders, special finishes (US3, US4, US10, US10B, BSP, Matte Black), or non-stock items.

  • No returns/cancellations on expedited (Next-Day, 2-Day, 3-Day) or custom lead-time orders (1–8 weeks).

  • In-stock returns, if approved, are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus merchant processing fees.

To request a return, email Sales@qualitydoor.com for an RGA number. Packages without an RGA clearly marked may be refused. Declare value over $100 for insured shipments.

Claims & Shortages

Report damaged or missing items within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Refuse visibly damaged packages and take photos.

  • Once signed for, we cannot file claims.

  • Shortages must be reported within 1–2 business days of receipt.

Shipping

QualityDoor.com reserves the right to select carriers. Customers are responsible for filing freight claims directly with carriers once goods are accepted.

International Orders

All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. No returns or cancellations on international orders.

Special Orders

Items not marked In Stock are special orders. Lead times vary. No cancellations or returns.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Pricing & Tax

Prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing is guaranteed only at the time of order.
Sales tax applies to orders shipping to NY, PA, and FL.

All trademarks, trade names, designs, and other intellectual property remain the sole property of Quality Door & Hardware Inc. or its suppliers.

Legal Terms

  • Governed by the laws of New York State (excluding conflict rules).

  • Venue: Suffolk County, NY or Federal Court, Long Island District.

  • Invalid terms are severable; remaining terms remain in effect.

  • Neither party’s failure to enforce a right constitutes waiver.

  • Force majeure events (e.g., acts of God, labor disruptions, supply shortages) excuse performance delays.

Limitation of Liability

QualityDoor.com and its partners are not liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages. Liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Indemnity

Business customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quality Door & Hardware Inc. and its affiliates from any third-party claims or damages arising from misuse or improper installation.
