The Sargent 8273-BHW-24VDC-US32D-LC Behavioral Health Electrified Mortise Lock features BHW trim with a double cylinder fail-secure design, operating at 24VDC. This Grade 1 lock is supplied without a cylinder and offers field reversibility. Finished in 630 satin stainless steel, it ensures durability and reliability for demanding healthcare environments.

  • Electrical (Fail Safe) Function:
    • 73 function — Power ON, unlocks both levers
    • Key outside retracts latchbolt
    • Lever outside retracts latchbolt, except when locked
    • Lever outside can only be locked electronically
    • Lever inside always retracts latchbolt
    • Auxiliary deadlatch
