The Sargent 70-V03-10XG44-VSLL Service Station Cylindrical Indicator Lock is a heavy-duty Grade 1 commercial lock designed for controlled access in service and utility areas while providing clear visual lock status. Featuring Service Station Function 44, the deadlocking latch operates by either lever unless the outside lever is locked by the inside push button, with key override and a coin-slot mechanism to fix or release the button as needed. The V03 visual indicator trim displays a green/red indicator on the inside only, with standard trim on the outside, all housed in a VSLL rose with L-style lever. Built for durability and compliance, this lock supports a 2-3/4″ backset, 4-7/8″ strike, SFIC less core, non-handed installation, and is UL listed and fire rated up to 3 hours, making it ideal for high-traffic commercial and institutional applications.
