The Sargent 12-NB-8710-J Fire Rated (12) Less Bottom Rod (NB) Surface Vertical Rod Exit Device is Exit Only (no outside operation); the NB-8710-84 is for an 84" Door Height, single-point top latching, and a 37"-42" door width (the J bar is 42 " long and can be cut down to 37"). It comes in US32D/630 Satin Stainless Steel And US10B/613 Oil-Rubbed Bronze Finish options.
