The Sargent 12-8876-J-ETB-12V Fire Rated Rim Exit Device is designed for 37-42 inch doors and is compatible with the 76 Electrified ET Trim. It features a 12V Fail Secure mechanism and an B-Lever that allows the lever to be unlocked in case of power failure. The lever can also retract the latch using a key. This Grade 1 device does not require a cylinder and does not have a dogging option.
