The Sargent 12-8875-G-ETP-12V Fire Rated Rim Exit Device features an Electrified ETP Trim that operates at 12V and has a Fail Safe design. This device, with a 43"-48" bar, can be unlocked by powering it off, retracting the latch with the key, and utilizing the lever.
