The Sargent LC-16-8876-F-ETMI-24V-US32D Fire Rated Rim Exit Device is equipped with 24V fail secure feature and an MI-Lever for unlocking with power off. The lever can also be retracted by a key to release the latch, making it suitable for a 33-36 inch door. Additionally, it has a cylinder lockdown mechanism and is available as a Grade 1 device in 630 satin stainless steel.

Cylinder Lockdown Feature:
16 Cylinder Lockdown uses a  Sargent #41 Inside Cylinder with a 97 ring. 
Allows the bar to be locked in the open position with a key.
