The SARGENT 8804-F-ETL Exit Device with Key Retractable Latchbolt features a 33"-36" Bar, Non-Rate, and an ETL Trim.

This is ideal for use in all institutions, office spaces, and healthcare facilities. Quality-made Grade 1 commercial door hardware.

Designed for standard-width stile applications on wood and metal doors, this single-point rim latching device is made for both single-door and double-door applications. This device operates quietly and provides solid security.

Sargent 8800 Series Exit Devices cylinder options are available to accept an "SFIC'' Best, Arrow, or Falcon interchangeable core. Call or email for cores or keying options. We can key to your specifications.
