Pemko 172 Door Threshold Are Idea For Both Commercial and Institutional Applications.• Overall height is no greater than ½”• A vertical rise no more than ¼” and/or change in elevation being beveled with a slope of 1:2• Does not require more than 5lbs of operating force• Non-Skid/Pemkote – Meets the requirements of ASTM D 2047, UL 410, and Federal Specifications P-F430C for high static coefficient of friction resulting in a slip resistance surface
Installations -
1. Measure the width of the door opening from jamb to jamb and stop to stop and mark ends of the threshold for trimming.2. Trim ends of threshold to fit around door jambs and stops.3. Drill pilot holes in the floor through pre-drilled holes in the threshold.4. Caulk ends of threshold and under the full length of legs (important for effective sealing and moisture control).5. Secure threshold to the floor with supplied screws. (When fastening to concrete, use anchors; anchors not included.)
