Functions of Norton 6000 Series Low Energy Operators

Push and Go, Selector: The door opens fully as the operator senses movement.

Open/Close Obstruction Detection:

  • Open: The door will stop and automatically reverse its movement if it encounters an obstruction while opening.
  • Close: The door reopens if it encounters an obstruction while closing. If it encounters another obstruction while closing again, it will rest against the obstruction until cleared.

Motor Startup Delay Adjustment: Allows delay before the operator opens the door.

Vestibule Delay Adjustment: Provides time delay for vestibule applications.

Hold Open Delay Adjustment: Adjusts when the door remains open before closing.

Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) Relay Output: Allows integration with external control systems.

SPDT Relay Output Time Adjustment: Adjusts time for SPDT relay output.
